Imagine being able to say the same of your ideal client.

Of all the websites on all the search engines in all the world, you clicked onto mine.

 YOUR VOICE + YOUR VALUES

If you want a website that will grow your brand and help you get more of the clients you love to serve, I’m here to help.

Like many full-time creatives, I started out with a so-called "normal" job. For thirteen years as a teacher, I taught high school students the skills of persuasion and the craft of writing (having no idea that I would one day build a business around it.)

And truth be told, when I turned in my resignation to the principal, telling him I planned to become a writer, I didn't expect to become a copywriter. (I wanted to be a journalist, a regular His Girl Friday.) But when creatives and nonprofits began turning to me for help, I found something much better: I found purpose.

My Purpose: to help Fellow creatives Like you find a space where you can focus more on your passion and less on marketing it.

Behind the name

Paragraph

Copy Noir Creative is inspired by my love of film noir - gritty classic films usually involving a femme fatale enlisting the help of a hard-boiled detective to solve a mystery. You see, I like to think of myself as a sort of copywriter-detective. Instead of getting into tussles over handguns, though, I sit hunched over a typewriter (okay, computer) churning out copy that  will solve the problems of other creatives and make building a brand a little less mysterious.

"If I could find a real-life place that made me feel like Tiffany's, then I'd buy some furniture and give the cat a name!”

Website Copy That "Feels Like Tiffany's"

There's this scene in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" where Holly Golightly (played by the incomparable Audrey Hepburn) explains her love of Tiffany's, the jewelry store. She describes how when she's dealing with  "the mean reds" (her term for anxiety) the only thing that makes her feel better is to go to Tiffany's. She says:

That, my friends, is the power of branding. And that's what I want for your website:

to make your ideal client feel like they've found their Tiffany's!
